Where are you located?

You can find us at the heart of the community! Our physical store is located at:

  • Address: 2 Land of Green Ginger, Hull, HU1 2EA
  • Parking: There is pull up spots right outside the shop for drop off and pick ups, and a larger public car park just a 5- 10 minute walk away George Street Car Park, HIgh Street Car park, King William Car Park.

When are your doors open?

Our standard opening hours are:

  • Monday: CLOSED
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: CLOSED

🐕 Walk Wear & Fitting

How do I know what size harness or collar to buy?

Getting the right fit is crucial for safety and comfort! While we always recommend bringing your pup in for a "professional fitting" (and a treat!), you can use the size guide located on the collar and harness page.

The "Two-Finger Rule": You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the accessory and your pet’s body.

🥗 Food, Treats & Wellness

Do you stock grain-free or hypoallergenic food?

Absolutely! We carry a wide variety of premium brands catering to sensitive tummies and allergies. If your pet has a very specific dietary requirement, let us know we can recommend suitable products.

Are your treats natural?

Yes! Our Charpoocherie is our open natural treat pick & mix. We pride ourselves on our single-ingredient chews and treats with no hidden nasties, fillers, or artificial preservatives. We do not stock rawhide.
