📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer—we appreciate your patience!

🚚 Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We offer UK wide shipping for a standard delivery fee of £4.00. All orders will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class.

UK wide postage is FREE for all orders of £35 or more.

📍 Local Collection (Hull)

We offer free local collection from our shop:

2 Land of Green Ginger, Hull, HU12EA. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

🚗 Local Delivery

We are pleased to offer free local home delivery on all orders with a delivery address within the HU1 and HU7 postcodes! Simply enter your delivery address and select ‘Local Delivery’ at checkout. We’ll aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days.

Fresh & Frozen Products

Fresh and frozen products are available to order online, but are only available for in store collection due to the perishability of these items.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
